Who is responsible for your personal data?

What information do we receive?
When you contact Beyaz by email or WhatsApp, Beyaz receives the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, contact details, business information, and the contents of your message and any follow-up communications.
The website’s delivery and security services process technical request information, including the IP address used to connect, the requested page, browser information sent with the request, and security information used to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. This information is used to deliver and protect the website.
How do we use your information?
Beyaz uses enquiry information to respond to your request and, if you choose to proceed, to discuss or provide services. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement and, where relevant, to perform that agreement.
Beyaz may also use relevant information to protect the website and manage its business. Where this is based on legitimate interests, those interests are operating and securing the business and responding appropriately to enquiries.
Beyaz may retain information where needed to meet legal obligations, including applicable accounting and record-keeping requirements.
Who may receive your information?
Contact-form messages and confirmation emails are sent through Brevo. Enquiry emails are received and handled through Microsoft 365. If you contact Beyaz through WhatsApp, your message is also handled by WhatsApp and its provider, Meta.
The website is hosted through OpenAI’s Sites platform and uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. Information may be available to these hosting or technical service providers where needed to operate and maintain the website, and to professional advisers or public authorities when required by law.
These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare’s privacy policy describes its use of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for relevant US transfers and standard contractual clauses for other covered transfers. Microsoft’s data-protection terms include standard contractual clauses for covered Microsoft 365 transfers. WhatsApp’s EEA privacy policy explains its use of adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses, depending on the transfer.
How long is information kept?
Enquiries that do not lead to an ongoing business relationship are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Information connected to ongoing services or legal and accounting obligations may be kept for the period needed to provide those services or meet those obligations.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, it should be deleted or anonymised.
Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing or request data portability where the law provides that right. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

This website uses a strictly necessary security cookie supplied by Cloudflare. It is required for the website’s protection against automated abuse to function.

Purpose: Helps distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic and protect the website.
Duration: Expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity.
The current website does not use optional analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies, or embedded social feeds. There are no optional cookie categories or cookie preferences to set. Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp are ordinary links and load those services only when you follow them.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although blocking the security cookie may affect access to the website. More information is available in Cloudflare’s cookie documentation.

This website may link to services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Following one of these links takes you to a service operated by another organisation, whose own privacy and cookie practices apply.
